Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
We are committed to providing our customers with the best shopping experience. Please review the following terms and conditions regarding returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.
Return & Exchange Conditions
Customers have the right to return or exchange purchased products within 14 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be in the same condition as received and must not be opened, used, installed, damaged, or altered in any way.
- The product must be returned in its original retail packaging with all labels, accessories, and seals intact.
- The original sales invoice must be provided.
- Refunds are limited to the product value stated on the sales invoice and do not include shipping or handling charges.
Damaged or Defective Products
If the product received is damaged, defective, or cannot be used for its intended purpose, customers are advised to contact the product's authorized service center in Egypt immediately and obtain an official technical report confirming the defect or damage.
Upon verification of the reported issue, the customer will be entitled to a refund of the full purchase price of the product.
Please note that certain products may be subject to different return, exchange, or warranty conditions based on the policies of their manufacturers or authorized agents.
Order Cancellation & Modification
Customers may cancel or modify their order within 7 days from the date the order was placed by accessing their account and submitting a cancellation or modification request.
Return Inspection
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. Returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy may be rejected.
Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, the refund process will be initiated using the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund Policy
For orders paid using a credit card, debit card, or any prepaid payment method, approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method or through any alternative refund method made available by the payment provider.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds may be issued through one of the following methods:
- Collection from our branches.
- Bank transfer to the customer's bank account.
- Transfer to the customer's mobile wallet.
Cash refunds through the website are not available for Cash on Delivery orders.
Important Notes
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or financial institution.
- Please review all policies and conditions carefully before submitting a return, exchange, or refund request.
