1. Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated and paid in advance at checkout. In some cases, shipping fees may be calculated based on the product type, delivery address, or special order requirements.
For certain custom or special orders, shipping costs may be quoted separately and included in the final order total.
2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are provided after order confirmation. Delivery times are calculated from the shipping date, not the order date.
Standard delivery time is 2 to 7 business days, depending on the customer’s location and order type.
Custom-made or special orders may require additional production time, which will be specified on the product page.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, location, or operational circumstances.
3. Business Days
Our official working days are from Saturday to Thursday.
Fridays, public holidays, and official holidays are non-working days for both SHIKO STORE and shipping partners.
4. Order Fulfillment
In-stock orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 5–7 business days.
Orders may be delivered in multiple shipments depending on product availability.
5. Delivery Process
We use third-party shipping companies to ensure timely and reliable delivery of your orders.
Upon delivery, a signature may be required to confirm receipt of the order. Any person present at the registered address may sign on behalf of the customer and will be considered as authorized to receive the order.
Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information is accurate and complete.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If no one is available to receive the order at the delivery address, our customer service team will contact you to arrange a new delivery time.
The shipping company may attempt delivery a maximum of two times. If delivery fails after repeated attempts, the order may be returned or cancelled.
We are not responsible for orders that remain undelivered for more than 7 days after the first delivery attempt due to customer unavailability.
7. Urgent Orders
For urgent delivery requests, customers may contact our support team, and we will do our best to assist based on availability.
8. Shipping Information & Tracking
Estimated delivery time will be communicated after order confirmation. Tracking information may be provided depending on the shipping method used.
